The hotel is clean, with amicable personal, and offers particularly good and unbeatable location adjacent to pathway and a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants and the many great restaurants, an upscale supermarket and blocks away from la rambla. The room is relaxing and fully-equipped, that is important to us. Great breakfast, thanks a lot. Would stay here again, a very good stay on a non business trip.

It was a nice clean hotel with friendly staff, close to the waterfront. It is located next to Carretas Shopping Mall, with direct access from the hotel.
Internet access: they offer just 30 minutes of free internet and in the lobby. You basically have to pay $15 for internet access a day, or $6 an hour. These days, this type of hotels offer free WIFI internet access anywhere in the hotel.

People, in general, boy who helped us with the Suitcase, divine ones. location of the hotel is great with access to shopping, room very good, area of gym and pool is very good the view you have. return without any doubt. Thank you.
We had a problem with the bathroom that was broken, they had to fix it, (that lack of control can't happen in this kind of hotel). Saturday's breakfast was overflowing. Very little space, and besides, the biscuits should not be from PAGNIFIQUE. The breakfast can be improved, coming from a hotel of that category. Not having a garage the hotel should include the parking and charge for it but not let the client have to solve it. etc etc. That is a negative point. The water from the Jacuzzi in the pool on the 26th floor is very dirty, it should be cleaned, my son was allergic to it. ...we had to take it out. Lack of control and maintenance there.

service was ok .. not really for a 5 star hotel .. but ok .. friendly at all
by going home to the ferry i used the hotel taxi ... the driver has tamen 700 pesos for the drive hotel to the port ... a "normal" rtaxi driver has taken a day before just 150 pesos ... so its 7 more expensive to take a hotel taxi ?? a shame to the driver and also to the hotel !!!

Our stay at Sheraton in Montevideo was really good. The hotel's prime location near the scenic Rambla and Punta Carretas area made it convenient for exploring the city. We were impressed by the helpful and friendly staff, particularly Joana Guimaraes, the VIP & Club Service Leader, who ensured that our requests were perfectly executed. The Club Lounge on the 23rd floor provided a good breakfast and evening menu. The hotel amenities were great and we appreciated the direct access to the shopping mall for any rainy day shopping needs. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Montevideo.

The hotel's location is great, near a shopping mall and with easy access to the beach. the Club Suite River View has spacious rooms and a comfortable bed, with a beautiful floor-to-ceiling view. the bathroom is divided into three parts, with a large bath/Jacuzzi. the staff is friendly and accommodating, offering a complimentary visit to the Club Lounge for better views across the river. Breakfast is a buffet with all the necessary items.
The hotel gym is rusty and dated and should be updated.
